What to expect in a session?
Each session and every experience is unique, just like you. Sessions are a safe, supportive space for your inner journey. Here’s a look at the flow of a session.
Body & mind check-in
We tune in to any physical or emotional sensations you’re experiencing right now. This allows us to focus on the areas that might need more support.
Setting your intention
Then we set a personal intention for the session, connecting to what you want to release or invite into your life.
Breathing and somatic practices
We’ll go over some gentle breathing and somatic techniques that help you center yourself, and prepare for the experience. It’s about creating a sense of presence and getting out of the mind, into your body.
Getting comfortable and ready to go within
You are invited to lie down in a comfortable position on the mat and close your eyes. We do a body scan to help you relax. Music starts playing and will guide you along the session.
Surrendering to what comes up
Through the session, I help activate the energy flow in your body and release stored tension. All you have to do is to feel and simply be with what arises. Whether it’s emotions, sensations, or memories, the session is a safe space for you to experience, allowing your body to recalibrate to a higher frequency and reconnect.
Reflection & integration
At the end, we take a moment to reflect. You’ll have a chance to share what you want; any insights, sensations, or experiences. And you’ll receive guidance on grounding and integrating this energy into your daily life.

A 1 hour try-out 1 on 1 session (€ 55) allows us to tune in gently, explore your energy and see how your body responds to the work.
This is a light yet powerful first step – a safe space to feel the shift begin.
Questions
How can I best prepare for a session?
For best results, it’s important not to eat anything for at least two hours before the session so that your body is not busy digesting and the energy is free to flow.
What should I wear or bring with me?
For your comfort during the session, I recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothes.
For a group session, you can bring your own yoga mat and eye mask. Mats are also available on site.
If you wish, you can bring a blanket and possibly something to write on. After the session, people often like to journal insights and ideas.
Are there any post-session aftercare recommendations?
It is not recommended to drink alcohol, eat heavily or engage in intense activities immediately after a session.
I do recommend drinking plenty of water, walking in nature, relaxing and being gentle with yourself. Because your nervous system may be extra sensitive and the energy may be felt for several days, so stay attentive to the sensations, emotions and insights that arise.
How many sessions do I need to notice results?
Most people experience noticeable changes in their energy and mindset after just one session.
Multiple sessions help to deepen your experience and release more and more layers of emotional or energetic blockages. Regular sessions maintain your energy levels and support your inner process of transformation.
Every session is different. Trust your body’s unique timeline and what it’s ready for.
