What to expect in a session?
Each session and every experience is unique, just like you. Always personal and supportive for your own inner journey.
You enter a soft, safe space where you don’t have to perform or prove anything, and this is how a session unfolds:
Body & mind check-in
We tune into your current physical and emotional state, without getting into the stories. You reflect on your personal intention – what’s important to you right now.
Relaxation and trance induction
You lie down comfortably on the mat, turn inwards and enter a state of deep relaxation. We allow your nervous system to calm down and prepare you for the deeper work.
Touch, music & breathing
Both physically and energetically, your body is invited to open up. Through intentional touch, your nervous system receives signals of safety. Breath and sound waves move through the body, activating your energy and releasing stuck emotions.
You are given the space to let these energies flow through you, to discharge what no longer serves you and to reconnect with your core. You remain fully conscious, in control, and your body sets the pace.
Grounding & integration
You return to your natural state, integrate the transformation and anchor the positive changes in your system.
Afterwards, there is space to land and share whatever you want: insights, experiences or sensations. And I will give you tips for further integration and grounding of the energies.

How can I best prepare for a session?
No preparation is required. Sessions are open to everyone, with or without experience.
For best results, it’s important not to eat anything for at least two hours before the session so that your body is not busy digesting and the energy is free to flow.
What should I wear or bring with me?
For your comfort, I recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing. An eye mask helps you to turn deeper within yourself.
Optional for group sessions: Yoga mats are available. Feel free to bring your own mat, blanket or extra material to make yourself more comfortable.
Are there any post-session aftercare recommendations?
To optimally support the integration process, I recommend that you spend the rest of the evening relaxing and not planning anything else.
It is not advisable to drink alcohol, eat heavy meals or engage in intense activities immediately after a session.
I do recommend drinking plenty of water, resting, walking in nature, being gentle with yourself and, above all, listening to your body. Because your nervous system may be extra sensitive and the energy may continue to work for several days, so stay present with any sensations, emotions and insights that may arise.
How many sessions do I need to notice results?
Most people experience noticeable changes in their energy and mindset after just one session.
Multiple sessions help to deepen your experience and release more and more layers of emotional or energetic blockages. Regular sessions maintain your energy levels and support your inner process of transformation.
Every session is different. Trust your body’s unique timeline and what it’s ready for.
Is Kundalini activation safe for everyone?
Energetic bodywork and Kundalini activation is generally safe.
Please read the general terms and conditions for contraindications. If you have certain health conditions, it’s advisable to consult with your doctor beforehand.
The process is gentle and done with due consideration for each person, so you are sure to have a safe experience.
