What to expect in a session?

Each session and every experience is unique, just like you. Sessions are a safe, supportive space for your inner journey. Here’s a look at the flow of a session.

Body & mind check-in

We tune into your current physical and emotional state, without getting into the stories. And we reflect on your personal intention. What would you like to let go of or what would you like to invite (more) into your life?

Breathing and somatic awareness

We’ll go over some gentle breathing and somatic techniques that help you center yourself, prepare and dive deeper into the experience. It’s about creating a sense of presence and getting out of the mind, into your body.

Relaxing into your body

You are invited to lie down on the mat and close your eyes. We do a body scan to relax your body and turn your attention inward. The music starts and guides you through the session.

Surrendering to what arises

All you have to do is feel and be present with what comes up, as a witness. Whether it’s emotions, physical sensations or memories, you experience exactly what wants to be seen and felt in this moment. The session is a safe place to let these energies move through you and let them go – to create space for beautiful new life experiences.

Reflection & integration

At the end, we take a moment to reflect. You’ll have a chance to share what you want; any insights, sensations, or experiences. And you’ll receive guidance on grounding and integrating this energy into your daily life.

Questions

How can I best prepare for a session?

For best results, it’s important not to eat anything for at least two hours before the session so that your body is not busy digesting and the energy is free to flow.

What should I wear or bring with me?

For your comfort during the session, I recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothes.

For a group session, you can bring your own yoga mat and eye mask. Mats are also available on site.

If you wish, you can bring a blanket and possibly something to write on. After the session, people often like to journal insights and ideas.

Are there any post-session aftercare recommendations?

It is not recommended to drink alcohol, eat heavily or engage in intense activities immediately after a session.

I do recommend drinking plenty of water, walking in nature, relaxing and being gentle with yourself. Because your nervous system may be extra sensitive and the energy may be felt for several days, so stay attentive to the sensations, emotions and insights that arise.

How many sessions do I need to notice results?

Most people experience noticeable changes in their energy and mindset after just one session.

Multiple sessions help to deepen your experience and release more and more layers of emotional or energetic blockages. Regular sessions maintain your energy levels and support your inner process of transformation.

Every session is different. Trust your body’s unique timeline and what it’s ready for.

Is Kundalini activation safe for everyone?

Energetic bodywork and Kundalini activation is generally safe.
