These general terms and conditions apply to all the services provided by Your Body Knows. By using the offered services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Your Body Knows offers holistic health and energetic bodywork services aimed at supporting well-being. These services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. Clients are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical or mental health concerns.

Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made through the website or in person. The contract between Your Body Knows and the client comes into force as soon as a written (digital) confirmation has been received.

Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

All prices are listed in € and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will not be refunded.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities

Clients take full legal and personal responsibility for themselves during the session and for its results.

Clients must inform the practicioner of any medical conditions, injuries, or special needs that may affect the session.

Clients should arrive on time for appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at our discretion.

Privacy Policy

Your Body Knows is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Your Body Knows unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Liability

Your Body Knows is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, unless they are based on intent or gross negligence on the part of Your Body Knows.

Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Changes to Terms

Your Body Knows reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via the website or email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ghent, Belgium.
